Florida Housing updated its three 2021 geographically-based RFAs: RFA 2021-201 for medium and small counties, RFA 2021-202 for Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach and Pinellas Counties and RFA 2021-203 for Miami-Dade County. A/B Leveraging will be assigned to all applications in RFAs 2021-201, 2021-202 and 2021-203. Florida Housing also modified the scoring for the proximity funding preference, as well as the sorting orders for RFAs 2021-201 and 2021-202.
