Florida Housing has posted the 2021 combined income limit and rent limit schedule for rental programs and Community Workforce Housing Innovation Pilot (CWHIP) Homeownership. Florida Housing continues to encourage property owners to, both, exercise compassion with respect to residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and to facilitate connecting residents with available local, state and federal rental assistance resources.
Multifamily Tax Subsidy Program may continue to rely on the previous income limits until 45 days after (May 16) HUD releases a new list of income limits, or until HUD’s effective date for the new list (April 1), whichever is later.
