Florida Housing modified its RFA 2021-208 SAIL And Housing Credit Financing For The Construction Of Workforce Housing. A correction was made to the calculation of the Total Development Cost (TDC) Per Unit Limitation worksheet portion of the Development Cost Pro Forma with regards to the Enhanced Structural Systems (ESS) and non-ESS Construction. Although this portion of the Development Cost Pro Forma was optional, it has been updated to correctly reflect this calculation. Florida Housing will accept the previously posted version or the revised version of the Development Cost Pro Forma; however, applicants wishing to calculate the TDC limitation that will be used in scoring should use the revised version.
