The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development has posted the 2021 Community Scale Housing Initiative (CSHI) NOFA to the state’s COMMBUYS system. The Department administers CSHI in partnership with MassHousing, and the NOFA is intended to support small-scale production projects in communities throughout the state. If you believe you have a project that fits the eligibility criteria set forth in the NOFA, you may wish to join a virtual question-and-answer session which DHCD and MassHousing will host on Friday, April 16.
