• It is updated and redlined to read (E) Federal Preferences – Up to nine points.

(E) 2. General Federal Preferences – Up to three points (page 31).

• It is updated and redlined to read General Federal Preferences – Up to four points.
• It is updated and redlined to include an additional one (1) point for energy efficiency.
