Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) released the 201 nine percent LIHTC and HOME Preservation NOFAs. The nine percent LIHTC (NOFA #2021-4) includes the ability to leverage gap resources and the Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credit (OAHTC).
