California HFA, Tax Credit Allocation Committee & Debt Limit Allocation Committee See Leadership Changes

Judith Blackwell announced her resignation as executive director of the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) and the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC). Deputy director, Anthony Zeto, will serve as acting director of TCAC in her absence.

Also in California, Don Cavier is now acting director of the California Housing Finance Agency, according to the agency’s website. An email to former director Tia Boatman Patterson generated an automatic reply stating she is no longer with CHFA.
