CREA, LLC announced Anthony Richardson as the newest member of its syndications team. In this newly created position, Richardson will be responsible for New York Syndications; in addition, he will act as a liaison between the CREA’s Syndications and Acquisitions departments, the company said in a statement. He also will play a role in maintaining relationships with local New York housing agencies and select agencies nationally, the company added. CREA said Richardson’s background spans more than 13 years within allocating agencies in the City of New York.
