Applications for Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s (OHFA) 2021 nine percent LIHTC round are due by 5 p.m. ET on February 11.
The most current version of the 2021 Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) was updated on January 14, 2021. Several formula and reference errors were corrected since original publishing date of December 4, 2020. The corrections are listed on the Instructions tab of the AHFA.
OHFA also released its draft of the Program Year 2021 National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan. Feedback must be sent to NHTFAllocation@ohiohome.org. Comments will be accepted through Friday, February 12, 2021.
