Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) posted the recording, slides and chat from its LIHTC Application Workshop on January 8.

ADOH will host three LIHTC compliance workshops, which property managers are required to attend annually. Developers, co-developers or consultants must attend this training at a minimum of every five years.

    • Four three-hour sessions on February 9, 10, 11 & 12
    • 9:00 a.m. to noon each day MST
  • July 2021
    • Four three-hour sessions on July 13, 14, 15 & 16
    • 9:00 a.m. to noon each day MST
  • October 2021
    • Four three-hour sessions on October 19, 20, 21 & 22
    • 9:00 a.m. to noon each day MST
