The Kansas Housing Resources Corporation will hold a virtual LIHTC compliance training February 23 to25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT each day. The training, led by Gary Kirkman with E&A, is specifically designed to assist affordable housing professionals in conquering tax credit compliance. Kirkman will delve deep into the tax credit regulations while also providing real-world examples with practical application. This interactive and engaging course will incorporate examples, challenges and poll questions on multiple compliance topics trained to test participants throughout the course.
They will offer an option Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) exam on February 26 in conjunction with the National Association of Home Builders. The training is $450 for all three days and an additional $175 for the HCCP exam.
