NH&RA submitted our comments on the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of the Treasury’s proposed rule on the average income test. Thank you to the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition, National Council of State Housing Agencies and Novogradac for hosting several calls to develop industry-wide consensus. We now await the revised proposed rule or final rule from the IRS and Treasury.
