Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. is launching an important effort in support of preserving rural rental housing throughout the Pacific Northwest. Rural Oregon partners within the Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) funded portfolio and those with connections to affordable multifamily ownership within HUD and the USDA Rural Development portfolio should consider applying to participate.
With the goal of providing vital training to rural housing authorities, nonprofits and Community Development Corporations, the Pacific Northwest Rural Rental Housing Preservation Academy seeks to continue to increase capacity in this important arena. Enterprise will be launching the application for a technical assistance cohort associate with the PNW Preservation Academy in the next few weeks and will remain open through January 29, 2021.
