Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) shared their current best thinking about what the timing will look like for the 2021 Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs). Please be advised that the dates below are subject to change based on a variety of factors.
In order to participate in these fund offerings, applicants will be required to submit a pre-application, which will be due approximately two weeks after the NOFA release. This serves to both notify OHCS of interest in applying, as well as allowing OHCS to share information about the potential pool of applicants. Please also keep in mind that a self-certified, signed Site Review Checklist is required at the time of the pre-application submission. Site visits by OHCS staff will not be required at the time of pre-application.
