The Florida Housing Finance Corporation modified the following RFAs:
- RFA 2020-201 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Medium and Small Counties;
- RFA 2020-202 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach and Pinellas Counties;
- RFA 2020-203 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Miami-Dade County; and
- RFA 2020-204 Housing Credit Financing for the Preservation of Existing Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments.
One of the modifications affects Exhibit A. The Resident Services section has been updated to include “Homeownership Opportunity Program” as an eligible service for developments serving the Family Demographic Commitment. Although Florida Housing will accept the previously posted version or the modified version of Exhibit A, applicants that wish to select the Homeownership Opportunity Program must use the modified version of Exhibit A.
