Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) opened the 2020 Veteran’s Affordable Rental Housing Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFA) #2020-9. Funds offered in this NOFA include Veteran’s Housing GHAP (VGHAP) funds, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) rent assistance and services funds, Multifamily Energy Program funds, four percent LIHTCs and Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credits (OAHTC) for the purpose of creating new rental housing units through new construction activities.
OHCS will host a NOFA info session on September 16 from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. PT. Pre-applications must be submitted by September 25, 2020 and full applications must be submitted by 4 p.m. PT on November 5. A training webinar on the full application for the Veteran’s NOFA will be held Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 1 – 3 p.m. PT; details will go out to all project teams that submit a pre-application.
