The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) posted the second draft of the 2021 QAP – Technical Revisions. As with the first draft, both clean and redline versions of the document are available, as well an overview of changes made since the first draft. Comments on the second draft should be sent to QAP@ohiohome.org through September 2, 2020. OHFA is encouraging stakeholders to limit comments to those changes made in the second draft. OHFA expects to present the QAP to the its multifamily committee on September 9 and to its board for approval on September 16.
