Representatives Suzan DelBene (D-WA) and Jackie Walorski (R-IN) are circulating a bipartisan sign-on letter to House leadership urging the inclusion of LIHTC priorities as part of COVID response legislation. The letter calls for enacting a minimum four percent rate; providing targeted basis boosts to make more developments financially feasible; lowering the bond-financing “50 percent test;” and increasing the annual Housing Credit allocation by at least 50 percent.
