Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) identified several issues with its 2020 nine percent LIHTC, HOME and Preservation Gap NOFAs. OHCS is requesting that all applicants for these three open NOFA upload the latest working version of their applications to the Full Application folder in their project’s Procorem WorkCenter by 4:00 pm PDT on May 13, 2020.
This is not a final application submission, rather it will allow staff to update current applications with needed changes before they are submitted and allow applicants to see all project information calculating correctly. WorkCenters will be locked while this work occurs. All application updates will be made and returned to the project WorkCenters by 5:00 pm PDT on May 14, 2020 when applicants will be able to access the project WorkCenters again. Please note: if there are multiple applications in the WorkCenter OHCS will update the version with the most current date.
