At the April 3 California Tax Credit Allocation (TCAC) meeting, the following scheduling and deadline changes were made:
TCAC 2019 Second Round Awards Readiness to Proceed Deadline Extension
The 2019 Second Round Awards Readiness to Proceed Deadline is now Monday, July 6, 2020.
TCAC 2020 Application Schedule Update
TCAC updated the 2020 application schedule, which reflects a change to the previous application deadline of April 17. The next four percent credit application deadline is May 15, for a Committee meeting award date of August 19, 2020.
2020 Rent and Income Limits
TCAC staff expects to make the 2020 rent and income limits available the week of April 13. The 2020 TCAC applications (including Attachment 40) will be updated at that time and an email listserv will be sent when the updates are complete. Please note, for applications due May 15 and July 1, TCAC staff will not be inserting updated rent limits into previously-completed Excel applications. Unfortunately, due to staff workload constraints we are not able to accommodate these requests. Applicants will need to complete the updated TCAC application/Attachment 40 with the 2020 rent limits.
