The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division has posted a revised 2020 Multifamily Uniform Application on its website. The revised application has been posted at http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm. In Tab 11, Site Information Form Part III, the note in Cell B14 was revised to say “Describe any reductions as a result of dedication of land for roadways, easements or other changes that may occur during development.” Previously posted applications stated “Describe any reductions except as a result of dedication… .”
