Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF) launched a COVID-19 Resource Page through the CORES website. This is intended to be a place for resident services practitioners and frontline staff addressing resident needs to access and share useful resources and templates – both tools housers and resident services practitioners have developed to support their own staff and residents, and external resources that are valuable for practitioners throughout this health crisis.
It is a blend of tools for frontline staff (organizational guidance for staff, self-care tools, household assessment tools and a sampling of communications tools that practitioners have reported using for outreach during this health crisis) and resources for resident services staff to use as they support families and seniors.
