Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is seeking feedback on a proposed rule that would amend and repeal rules for the Publicly Supported Housing Preservation process. 2019 HB 2020 changed requirements for the Publicly Supported Housing Preservation process. The main need for the rules is to implement new time frames and right of first refusal opportunity for purchase of participating properties by OHCS and local government.
