Nine Percent Application Deadline: No changes have been made to the nine percent timeline at this time. However, please continue to monitor New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency communications for future updates and announcements. The Agency expects to announce whether there will be any adjustments to the nine percent timeline next week.
QAP Comments: The Agency will continue to accept informal comments to the QAP through March 31. Please submit your comments electronically to the LIHTC mailbox NJHMFAtaxcredits@njhmfa.gov. Feel free to respond to the specific questions in the email dated February 27, 2020 or submit general feedback on the QAP and/or the process.
Green Homes Requirements: All pre- and post-construction authorization letters will continue to be processed and provided when the required documents are being provided by developers. In addition, all benchmarking data continues to be received and acknowledged by staff.
