2020 LIHTC Compliance Workshops
The 2010-2020 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) requires property managers of LIHTC projects attend ADOH approved compliance training annually. Developers, co-developers or consultants must attend this training at a minimum of every five years. See the QAP for other approved vendors of this training.

2020 HOME Compliance Workshop – November 2020
This workshop is designed for multi-family property owners and managers. This training provides an overview of the HOME rental compliance requirements, tenant eligibility, rent limits and leases, property standards and inspections, annual report requirements, recertification issues, and recordkeeping requirements.
