The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development will conduct its public hearing for the 2020 QAP and Guide on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm ET. To align with efforts made by the Hogan Administration to limit the spread of COVID-19, including limiting the size of public gatherings, the public hearing will take place remotely via conference line. Written comments shall be submitted electronically to the dhcd.qap@maryland.gov no later than 6:00 pm ET on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.
