North Carolina Holds CAPER, AAP Public Hearings on March 18
The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency will hold public hearings on its 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) and the 2020 Annual Action Plan (AAP) on March 18.
The CAPER hearing will take place from 9:00 – 10:00 am ET. The state’s CAPER includes the following programs funded by HUD: Small Cities Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership, Emergency Solutions Grants and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS. The comment period for the CAPER ends at 5:00 pm ET on March 31.
The AAP hearing will take place from 10:00 – 11:00 am ET. The AAP summarizes the 2019 accomplishments and the 2020 proposed actions of the four Consolidated Plan partner agencies, as well as presenting the results of other housing related programs identified in the North Carolina Consolidated Plan. The comment period for the AAP ends at 5:00 pm ET on April 16.
