Florida Modifies RFAs 2020-102 and 2020-106
The Florida Housing Finance Corporation recently issued Request for Application (RFA) 2020-102 SAIL Financing for Smaller Permanent Supportive Housing Developments for Persons with Special Needs and RFA 2020-106 Financing to Develop Housing for Persons with Disabling Conditions / Developmental Disabilities. Both RFAs mistakenly contained the following sentence, “a minimum of one elevator per residential building provided for all units that are located on a floor higher than the first floor.” Both RFAs have been modified to remove this sentence.
