The Multifamily Finance Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) will hold its first planning meeting for the 2021 and 2022 QAPs on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, from 2:00-5:00 pm CT in the William P. Travis Building , Room 1-104, 1701 Congress Avenue in Austin.
The agenda for this meeting will include discussing Preservation through Extended Affordability; Opportunity Index & Concerted Revitalization Plan; Right of First Refusal; Undesirable Site Features; Neighborhood Risk Factors; and other topics. Input from this meeting will be used to inform program activities, and policy and training efforts in the future.
