These NOFAs provide development resources for the new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation and preservation of affordable rental housing statewide. Please note OHCS HOME resources are available to be used outside of Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties and outside of the cities of Eugene, Springfield, Salem and Keizer.
