The Florida Housing Finance Corporation posted RFA 2020-208 SAIL Financing for the Construction of Workforce Housing, the RFA 2020-208, comparison of 1-31-20 and final version, as well as the revised RFA 2020-208 Set-Aside Worksheet. The revised Set-Aside Worksheet recognizes the non-housing credit units designated as Workforce Units, which the prior version did not.
Applications are expected to be due on Monday, March 30, 2020. The Review Committee Meeting is expected to be held Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 10:00 am ET.
