Florida Housing recently launched a new collaboration tool called Procorem that will allow applicants, credit underwriters and Florida Housing to work together and share documents under one platform.
To ensure that Applicants feel at ease with the program, there is a Procorem 101: Quick Reference Slideshow. Additionally, a short demonstration of the Procorem software will be held at the end of the March 5 workshop to discuss the Request for Applications Process for the 2020/2021 cycle. The workshop will be available by telephone or interested parties may attend in person at Florida Housing’s offices located at 227 N. Bronough Street, Tallahassee, FL, with the opportunity for the public to provide comments and suggestions. Additional information about the workshop can be found here.
