The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division posted the 2020-1 Multifamily Direct Loan Notice of Funding Availability (2020-1) NOFA Application Log.
No Applications were received under subpriority 1 of Priorty 1. Subpriority 1 are applications received through February 13, 2020, in the General and CHDO Set-Asides requesting less than or equal to the amount listed for the subregion in which the Development Site is located in accordance with section 3.a.i. of the 2020-1 NOFA. The next 2020-1 NOFA Application Log will be posted on March 31, 2020, and will include applications received under subpriority 2 of Priority 1 in accordance with section 3.a.ii. of the 2020-1 NOFA. Subpriority 2 applications will consist solely of four percent LIHTC-layered applications with TDHCA as the Bond Issuer.
