The Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) released the first round of 2020 Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs), which include:
- Nine percent LIHTC which also includes HOME, gap resources and Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credit (OAHTC);
- HOME only, which also includes gap resources and OAHTC;
- LIFT Rental, which also includes the ability to leverage four percent LIHTC and OAHTC; and
- Preservation, which also includes the ability to leverage four percent LIHTC and OAHTC.
OHCS is launching a new electronic application system; this Expectations document has additional information about what that means. OHCS will also be publishing tutorial videos and hosting live webinar trainings on the following dates:
- LIFT Rental NOFA – February 20, 10:30 am – noon PT register here;
- Preservation NOFA – February 26, 10:30 am – noon PT register here; and
- Nine Percent LIHTC/HOME NOFA – February 26, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm PT register here.
