The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) posted the 2020 Credit Estimates. An estimated $29,995,828 total is available to be allocated across the 12 regions in round one:

  1. City of Los Angeles – $6,066,495;
  2. Balance of Los Angeles County – $3,874,308;
  3. Central Valley Region – $1,969,069;
  4. San Diego County – $1,354,959;
  5. Inland Empire Region – $2,734,470;
  6. East Bay Region – $273,825;
  7. Orange County – $2,044,719;
  8. South and West Bay Region – $5,533,577;
  9. Capital Region – $0*;
  10. Central Coast Region – $2,994,597;
  11. Northern Region – $399,571; and
  12. San Francisco County – $2,750,238.

* The credits available in Round 1 is $0 because a 2019 Waiting List Award was made in the Capital Region.
