Pre-registration for the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) West Virginia Multifamily Rental Housing Program Request for Proposals (RFP) are due to the West Virginia Housing Development Fund (the Fund) by 11:59 pm ET on February 14, 2020. The full applications are due to the Fund by 4:30 pm ET on March 31, 2020.
A Pre-Registration Form must be completed for each property an applicant intends to apply for four percent credits and CDBG-DR funding during the CDBG-DR application round. If a Pre-Registration Form is not submitted by February 14, as specified above, such property will not be eligible to apply during the CDBG-DR application round. The Pre-Registration forms should be emailed to Michelle Wilshere at mwilshere@wvhdf.com.
