Beginning in 2020, Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) will require applications to be submitted electronically. OCHS is finalizing this application, which will include an updated pro forma and streamlined project information entry and scoring sheets. More information will be provided in the NOFA, and corresponding trainings.
There will be a pre-application due approximately three to four weeks after the anticipated January NOFA release. The NOFA pre-application will be how you will notify OCHS of your interest in applying for the NOFA in that funding cycle. This will also allow OHCS to provide initial feedback on the pool of potential project applications.
A signed Project Site Review checklist will be required at the time of the pre-application submission. The NOFA will contain complete information on how to submit the pre-application.
