The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division posted a template of the 2020 nine percent LIHTC Pre-Application Form. This document is for planning purposes only and should not be submitted to TDHCA. On January 3, 2020, the Department will announce the opening of the 2020 nine percent LIHTC Application Acceptance Period and will post a link that applicants may use to access the pre-application system.
TDHCA also posted the 2020 nine percent LIHTC Quantifiable Community Participation Neighborhood Information Packet and the 2020 Multifamily Application Procedures Manual.
