Vesta Corporation (Vesta) announced that Robert “Bob” Cuttle joined the company as vice president. In his new role, Cuttle will be responsible for property management operations of 47 properties and nearly 8,000 units in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and South-Central regions.
Cuttle is known for his hands-on approach to operational success and his commitment to employee development and support. He joins Vesta from Trinity Management LLC, most recently in the role of executive vice president. While there, Cuttle was responsible for operational oversight of a portfolio of 7,800 affordable, market-rate and commercial units in the Northeast.
He has over 30 years’ experience and is intricately involved in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is a past president of the Rhode Island chapter, served as a regional vice president for Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island chapters, and has served nationally on a number of committees.
Cuttle holds his Certified Property Manager (CPM designation from IREM and is a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
