The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) and the Department of Finance and Administration, Local Government Division (DFA) are seeking public comment on the Draft State of New Mexico 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Annual Action Plan. The Consolidated Plan is a five-year strategic plan that governs the administration of federal funding programs like HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) and the Housing Trust Fund (HTF). The 2020 Annual Action Plan is the first annual implementation plan under the State of New Mexico 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development.
