Florida Housing issued a Third Modification to RFA 2019-102 Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) to be used in conjunction with Tax-Exempt MMRB and Non-Competitive Housing Credits in Counties Deemed Hurricane Recovery Priorities.
The modification affects language in Exhibit A. Question 4.c. has been revised to make clear that proposed developments with the development type of mid-rise four stories will also qualify for the Leveraging Level multiplier described in Item 3.f.(3) of Exhibit C if at least 90 percent of the total units are in these mid-rise building(s). Although Florida Housing will accept the version of Exhibit A that was originally posted or the revised Exhibit A, applicants proposing a mid-rise four-story development that wish to qualify for this multiplier are advised to download the revised Exhibit A and confirm at least 90 percent of the total units are in these mid-rise building(s) at the revised question 4.c.
This modification also affects the application deadline. The new application deadline is Tuesday, September 24, 2019. The Review Committee meeting is not affected and is expected to be held November 13, 2019 at 10 am EST.
Any modifications that occur to the Request for Applications will be posted on the website and may result in an extension of the deadline. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check the website for any modifications prior to the deadline date.
