The Florida Housing Finance Corporation will not issue “RFA 2019-115 Housing Credit Financing for the Preservation of Existing Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments” nor “RFA 2019-116 SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be Used in Conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits.” Florida Housing expects to issue RFA 2019-115 on September 18 and RFA 2019-116 on September 19.
