The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) will hold the 2019 Application Workshop on August 29 at the Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center in Independence, MO.
The workshop will be open to applicants who wish to submit a 2019 application for nine percent and four percent Federal LIHTC, HOME funds, National Housing Trust Fund and MHDC Fund Balance. Anyone planning on submitting a 2019 Rental Production application should plan on attending. The workshop will cover information about the Rental Production application, changes in the QAP and Developers’ Guide including the new scoring model, funding from the National Housing Trust Fund and other special topics of interest to the development community.
