Florida Posts Four RFAs

The Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued four requests for applications (RFAs):

• RFA 2019-112Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments located in Miami-Dade County. Applications are expected to be due on Oct. 15.
• RFA 2019-113Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments located in medium and small counties. Applications are expected to be due on Oct. 29.
• RFA 2019-114Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach and Pinellas Counties. Applications are expected to be due on Nov. 7.
• RFA 2019-116 SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be used in conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits. Applications are expected to be due on Oct. 10.
