The Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is offering a new loan product for financing predevelopment and preconstruction costs related to affordable multifamily housing projects, either new construction or substantially rehabilitated, that receive an allocation of nine percent LIHTC.
Please send a letter of interest including the amount of funds requested and a signed Credit Report Certification to multifamily@kyhousing.org by September 16, 2019.
