Florida Housing will hold the following Request for Applications (RFA) workshops:
- August 14 at 2 pm EDT– Workshop regarding RFA 2019-115 Housing Credit Financing for the Preservation of Existing Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments
- August 15 at 2 pm EDT – Workshop regarding RFA 2019-116 SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be Used in Conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits
- August 20 at 10 am EDT -Workshop regarding RFA 2019-117 Financing to Build Smaller Permanent Supportive Housing Properties for Persons with Developmental Disabilities
- September 10 at 10 am EDT – Workshop regarding RFA 2019-118 Elderly Housing Community Loan.
All workshops will be held at Florida Housing’s offices located at 227 N. Bronough Street, 6th Floor Seltzer Room, Tallahassee, Florida and will also be available by telephone. Call-In information and the agenda for each workshop will be posted to the Website prior to each workshop.
Florida Housing also recently issued RFA 2019-111 for its Rental Recovery Loan Program and RFA 2019-102 for Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) To Be Used In Conjunction With Tax-Exempt MMRB And Non-Competitive Housing Credits In Counties Deemed Hurricane Recovery Priorities. Applications for RFA 2019-111 are due by Aug. 27 and the Review Committee Meeting is expected to be held on November 13 at 10 am EDT. Applications for RFA 2019-102 are due by Oct. 9 and the Review Committee Meeting is expected to be held on Nov. 20 at 2 pm EDT.
