The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has amended the Multifamily Housing Program (MHP) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) increasing the available funding from approximately $178 million to approximately $250 million.
In addition, the following errors were identified in the supplemental application:
- Loan limit calculation for Large Family New Construction Projects in a High- or Highest Resource area
- Loan Limit calculations for Projects with other HCD funding sources
