The Universal Funding Application  for the 2020 multifamily Housing Credit funding round is available with applications due by noon EDT on, August 15.

 As a reminder for this application, the following funding sources are available to blend with Housing Credits:

  • HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) – $1 million
  • Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) – $1.5 million
