The Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued RFA 2019-102 Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) to be used in conjunction with Tax-Exempt MMRB and Non-Competitive Housing Credits in Counties Deemed Hurricane Recovery Priorities. Interested parties may access the complete RFA and the online Application to apply for funding here.
In addition to the final version, there is a redlined draft showing the changes from the previous draft posted on July 19. The changes include, but are not limited to, the following:
- A new goal to fund two Priority I Applications that requested and are eligible for Land Acquisition Program Funding; and
- New language regarding the Federal Funding Experience Preference to show that the preference can be met in two ways.
Applications are due on Tuesday, August 27, 2019. The Review Committee Meeting is expected to be held November 13, 2019 at 10 am EDT.
