The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has amended the Housing for a Healthy California (HHC) program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) Article II (for Counties), dated May 13, 2019.

The amendments to the Article II NOFA are:

  • Adding the rent limits and defining reasonable market rent.
  • Adding the disbursement process requirements and deadlines.
